Teaching

Teaching Philosphy

My teaching philosophy centers around the belief that music, as a universal language, has the power to transform lives. By integrating music into the core curriculum, embracing diverse genres, and incorporating multicultural music, I aim to create an inclusive learning environment where students can explore, express, and grow. Through this approach, I strive to empower students to develop critical thinking skills, cultural understanding, and a lifelong appreciation for the profound impact of music. The choral classroom serves as a safe haven where students can find solace and personal growth, allowing them to become their best selves as individuals and musicians.
